General Information
Temporary broadband is short-term, no-contract internet designed for situations where you need connectivity fast but don't want a long-term commitment. It's built for construction sites, events, pop-up shops, short-term rentals, film sets, office refurbs, holiday lets, and emergency situations. You get a plug-and-play router delivered next day — just power it on and you're online.
Temporary Broadband is powered by Next Day Broadband Ltd (Registered in England No: 17026249). All orders, delivery, and customer support are handled by their team. You get the same reliable service under a temporary-focused wrapper.
Ordering & Delivery
Order by 4pm and your router will usually arrive the next working day. Once delivered, simply plug it in and you'll be online in minutes—no engineer visit, no installation, and no complicated setup. From order to connection can be as fast as 24 hours, although weekends and bank holidays may affect delivery times.
Setup & Installation
No. Our routers are completely wireless and connect via the mobile network (4G/5G). All you need is a power socket. No phone line, no drilling, no wiring, no engineer. The portable On-The-Go plan even has its own battery so you don't need mains power at all.
Coverage, Networks & Speeds
Yes. You can use our service at any location with a valid UK postcode. Our routers use the mobile network, so they work anywhere with signal coverage. No phone line or fixed infrastructure needed.
We cover 99% of the UK population. Coverage depends on mobile network signal in your area. Use our postcode checker to verify coverage at your location before ordering. If coverage isn't right for you, our 14-day money-back guarantee has you covered.
Plans & Changes
All plans run on a 30-day rolling basis with a 30-day minimum term. There is no fixed-term contract. After the first 30 days you can cancel at any point with 30 days' notice and zero exit fees.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Give 30 days' notice and return the router. That's it. No exit fees, no penalties, no hoops. If you paid a refundable deposit, it gets returned once the router is received back in good condition.
